Clarity. Healing. Connection.
Welcome — I’m an integrative psychotherapist supporting individuals through life’s challenges with warmth, presence, and evidence-based care.
My Approach
Every person is unique, so therapy is tailored to your individual history, needs, and context. As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw from psychodynamic, existential, humanistic, and body-oriented trauma approaches, alongside mindfulness, compassion practices, and neuroscience. My work is relational and attachment-focused, helping you understand your experiences within the context of your life and relationships. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where all parts of you are welcomed with empathy and respect.
Together, we make sense of your experiences through insight and psycho-education, empowering you to understand your responses, patterns, and the underlying mechanisms that shape them. Our work is collaborative—you remain at the centre of your process, actively guiding the pace and direction of our sessions. The approach is active yet gentle, always prioritising safety and stabilisation, particularly in trauma work, so that change feels supported rather than overwhelming.

Testimonials
“Marily is one of my go to referrals. When I need a therapist who is skilled, who I can trust, who is clinically sound, and who I know will be able to journey with a client to where they need to go for their healing, I reach out to Marily and check her availability.”
- Tracy Jarvis, Director of PESI UK & Trauma Specialist
“Working with Marily meant working with a ‘safe pair of hands’. Marily is kind, empathic and an attuned Sensorimotor practitioner. I felt safe working with her, and that means a lot, especially when things feel tough. Thank you Marily.”
